What was the customer problem?

The team at a large non-profit client needed a way to scrape and organise available grants for their customers without hiring extra people to spend hours trawling the internet and email lists for when new grants dropped. They required a centralised solution that allowed them to view, track and communicate on grants so they could get the right information to their customers faster.

What did we build?

We created a responsive web application along with a web scraper and a data processing pipeline to normalise aggregated data. The tool aggregates all grants into one central location, and personalises the users search based on their unique profile. It also allows teams to favourite grants, and then start working on a grant submission within the tool.

It provides project management tools including ‘to do Kan Ban board’ along with the ability to edit a word document. The tool also tracks grant submissions and provides valuable data within a dashboard so that users can optimise their future applications.
